Before we can begin the process we will need you to answer a few questions to see if you qualify for our divorce service. 

No Court Divorce Requirements* In order to file a no court divorce you and your spouse must both sign the divorce papers. If your spouse will not sign then we can still file your divorce but you may be required to attend a phone hearing with the judge and we would have to arrange to get your spouse served.
Do you know the location of your Spouse?
If you do not know your spouse location, you must be a Florida resident for more than 6 months prior to today. Do you meet this Qualification?
Do I Qualify for Divorce in Florida? Florida resident requirements for divorce. In the State of Florida at least one of the parties getting divorce must live in Florida for more than 6 months. In order to proof residency you must provide a copy of a Florida ID or voters registration card. If you do not have ID you may have someone who knows you and is a Florida resident fill out an affidavit (we will provide you with this) stating that you have resided in the state for more than 6 months.
